WEA Panel Posts its Report

  2. Thanks. I've just seen your blog. You make some good points, though I think we need to allow for a range of approaches to reaching Muslims with the good news. It doesn't all need to be classic Bible translation. The Lives of the Prophets is not, as I understand it, meant to replace the Bible but to lead folk towards using it, much as other contextualised translations (Cotton Patch version, Cockney Bible, etc.) have done. Such publications may not be widely used, but as a starting point for some they have their place.
